Get Things Done. Not Perfect.

Working Through Procrastination & Perfectionism

You’re a busy person with big goals. But procrastination is getting in your way

Does this sound like you?

  • When you take something on, you want to do it well

  • You can be pretty hard on yourself

  • You’ve got a loud “inner critic” pointing out everything you’re doing wrong

  • You often worry about worst-case scenarios and what other people think

  • You tend to second-guess your decisions and dwell on past mistakes

  • You struggle with uncertainty. You wish you could know how things turn out ahead of time

Here’s where you’re stuck

  • Putting things off then scrambling to finish last minute

  • Making long to-do lists but never checking anything off

  • Wasting time on your phone or doing other random stuff

  • Avoiding situations that feel hard, scary, or uncomfortable

  • Not progressing toward your goals, no matter how much you want them

  • Feeling frustrated with yourself for falling into the same habits yet again

You’re trapped in a vicious cycle

The more you have to do, the more you procrastinate
