Fees
Sessions cost $200 and last 50 minutes. Other services (e.g., telephone calls over 15 minutes, writing letters or reports) will be billed at $200/hour, prorated based on the time needed. These fees will be discussed and agreed to ahead of time.
Insurance
Many insurance plans cover the cost of meeting with a psychologist. Check with your insurance provider to see what they cover. If you’re using insurance, you’ll pay for the session at the end of your appointment. I’ll give you a receipt that you can use to seek reimbursement from your provider.
Payment Methods
Payments for appointments can be made using credit card or Interac e-transfer. Credit card payments are processed through our secure practice management system, Jane. Jane uses Stripe to save and process financial information.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Appointments that are missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
Video Platform
We use the Jane platform to manage our practice, including booking appointments, sending appointment reminders, sharing documents, and taking payments. Video sessions will be conducted through Jane as well, keeping everything in one convenient place. We use doxy.me as a back-up option in case of tech issues. No need to download anything; you’ll be sent links to join your video sessions.

Our office is located at #407 - 220 3rd Ave S in the Avenue Building.
